FTSK + NERF = paid endorsements that are made 2 last

Given that disneypunk/powerpop band Forever The Sickest Kids' fans average age is 12, it makes a lot of sense that they have teamed up with NERF in a series of commercials making the rounds on Disney Channel/Nick.

Seth Green's best movie is Airborne, the Rad of rollerblading

When I was a tween, we had to settle for Seth Green as a youth marketing vehicle for Nerf. Don't get me wrong, he seems like a cool guy, but the above commercial is pretty painful, sort of like when your mom asks you, "Do kids still say 'cool'?? Is it still 'cool' to say 'cool'???" We think FTSK are a much better choice: a great band, yet still non-threatening enough that mom won't freak out when she sees them (after all, they are all Christian Republicans).

Spot #1, "Whoa Oh"

Spot #2, "What Do You Want From Me"

We are stoked for both Nerf and FTSK and wish both parties the best of luck in this and future business partnerships!

I remember almost crying from laughing so hard the first time I saw Airborne (I was 12). I thought Seth Green trying on different outfits while "I'm Too Sexy" played in the background was genius.
