Not only that, but they are great dudes who don’t take themselves or their scene too seriously– pretty much the recipe for a band that will be backed hard by SYWH. I caught up with their guitarist Michael Montoya, and we chatted about his embarrassing past as a street punx, his day job as an engineer at Andrew from WINDS OF PLAGUE’s studio TREEHOUSE, and whether Sureno rap will be the next big trend among alternative whites.
