Are there any other good ALL TIME LOW songs?

srs surprised this image wasn’t hosted on buzznet.com (RIP)

When it comes to bands I really, really want to like, there are few higher on the list than ALL TIME LOW (even though they are from one of my least favorite states, Maryland). I mean I love pop punk, especially the non-credible, Warped Tour/Hot Topic/Myspace/Buzznet flavor, so it stands to reason that I would love ALL TIME LOW. But I do not, mostly because their music is not that good as far as I can tell. Am I missing something, or does ATL have more than one good song? Is there a reason to listen to them if I am not a 10th grade girl who fantasizes about husbanding Alex? You tell me:

This song = 5/5 stars, A+++. Their only song worthy of adding to my Spotify gym playlist.

This song = 3/5 stars, B+ at best. I don’t hate but I would not/do not go out of my way to listen to it. Sad that it is so much crappier than their best song :(

And well, it’s all downhill from here :/

Are there any other tracks I’m missing out on?? Or do they only have 1.5 good songs, and you have to be a little girl who wants to kiss/marry/eff Alex to like them???? rly want them to be the next FTSK but not sheriff they have the ability :(

  1. All About Her says:

You have to be a little girl, or act like one. Which I do. So Poppin’ Champagne, their cover I Wanna Love You, Lost In Stereo, Stella, A Party Song. 50% of their albums are songs even I the eternal twelve year old think are rubbish though.

  2. Void Eater says:

I’ve been listening to their first album a ton over the past few days. Rly like this song in particular.

Seems like they got less pop punk and more power pop over time. Not as into the songs you posted (only the debut is good!!!), but def not bad, just kinda average.

  3. Save Parker says:

Forget About It is my favorite song from their newest album, straight power pop jam and I really dig it. bunch of other ones too but that stands out.

  4. Autodidact says:

Coffee Shop Soundtrack, Jasey Rae, Weightless, Stella. Those are the only songs I like.

Tr00 story, I have never seen more jailbait in one place (cept maybe Capo Valley High graduation #SouthOCReprezent) than when I saw All Time Low play at Warped. If only I was 17 again…

Those half time parts in Weightless remind me a lot of NFG’s My Friends Over You. Song is catchy as fuck.

  6. pl says:

I love every song on so wrong its right but the fact that I was 15 when it came out help I guess.
check out let it roll, six feet under the stars and poppin champagne, if you dont like these tracks give up

  7. fuzzyxpickles says:

the girls a straight up hustelr

  8. Azmak says:

Is there a link to the aforementioned Spotify playlist?

  9. SexHaver1987 says:

Coffee Shop Soundtrack is such a massive jam, would definitely play air guitar to it while pretending I’m Alex at Warped Tour/10: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMekefHmLVE lol, such a zany video – sound quality isn’t that good, doe, so I recommend checking out on Spotify Premium for the pure uncut 320 kbps version.

I’m also pretty fond of The Party Scene – dose bittersweet lyrics about staying young get to me every time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzorlPFSqcU

  10. Pixy says:

I am going to see ATL next month but i feel i am too old for the show(29 lol)

  11. ge5undhe17 says:

Lost In Stereo? The chorus pops up in my head everytime someone mentions ATL

whooaaaoooo lost in stereo, lost in stereo

  12. Keka says:

Never listened to any of their songs before but Weightless is pretty sweet and I honestly laughed my ass off at the video. Am I just easily pleased?

  13. Bronson says:

While I agree that “Dear Maria, Count Me In” is not so hot, I do like a few of the other songs on “So Wrong, It’s Right” quite a bit. Particularly, “This Is How We Do” and “Holly (Would You Turn Me On) (total neo bubblegum, very catchy).

  14. Kris says:

Dat Put Up or Shut Up EP is solid gold IMO

  15. surewhynot says:

Yeah, So Wrong It’s Right is one of my favorite albums ever. Every song on that album is fuggin’ gold to me. Nothing Personal was a step down (though still fun) and Dirty Work has like two good songs on it. It makes me sad =(

  16. Pixy says:

Yeah, dirty work is kinda lame. What do you guys think of the new album so far?

  17. demcats says:

Who doesn’t like Dear Maria? That was one of the first gheigh songs that began transforming me and my friends from an IMN to a tolerable douche.

  18. uppercut613 says:

im in the same boat as you sarge, i love mainstream poseur pop punk, but i just cant get into all time low. theyre boring to me :(

also, props to them for keeping scene hair alive in 2012, even though they probably just didnt get the memo that scene was dead

    • uppercut613 says:

also , it makes me kinda sad that forever the sickest kids weren’t able to maintain their fame like all time low did. i imagine both bands got big around the same time, but FTSK kinda faded into irrelevance and now ATL is as big as ever :(

      FTSK >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ATL

  19. Pixy says:

    Have a crush on Alex(srs)

  20. SolarFlareSuperior says:

A Party song and Keep the change you filthy animal are really good

  21. B. Edge says:

Why do you hate Maryland? I have no opinion one way or another about the state – just wonderin’.

    • Sergeant D says:

My ex was from there so I spent holidays there for about 8 years– it’s just a really gross, dirty, trashy state as a whole. Lots of dumb, angry poor people (both white and black).

      • breadwolf says:

Baltimore is the worst city. The worst.

      • Bronson says:

Baltimore is the only place which I’ve visited that has sent me into a state of honky panic rivaling that of when I got lost on the subways in New York. I remember passing through downtown once, and one second, it looked like a slightly grubby but innocuous college area. We turn a corner, and all of a sudden there’s a bunch of children without shirts holding sticks, playing around a giant pile of rubble (srs). That city is avoidwheneverpossible/10

        • Sergeant D says:

I would call bmore way way way more scary than NYC– there are a few grose parts of NYC, but you’re always close to somewhere decent. But Baltimore (and other places like Cincinnati) are just a huge swath of shit and crime with no real break.

  22. Honestabebread says:

Their whole first EP = non stop jamz. srs. I love that shit.

  23. OBEY1019 says:

I live in MD (Hagerstown) and when you go into town it’s mostly a bunch of cracked out poors. Where in MD was your ex from?

  24. villeyk says:

Stella and Walls are catchy! And of course Painting Flowers which isn’t on any album I think.

  25. Garrrrr says:

saw them at warped an wasn’t even paying attention to the music. wuz lots of bishes. but the doods in the band r p funny. still dont like their music tho :(

  26. awsten says:

LET IT ROLL, SIX FEET UNDER THE STARS, STELLA, COFFEE SHOP SOUNDTRACK, HEROES, GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES, BAD ENOUGH FOR YOU = 5 STARZ

WALLS, SHAMELESS, HOLLY = 4 STARZ

p much all ATL songs are sweet as fuck. no shame.

  27. KH says:

Rad! I actually like them. Really wanted to hate them but couldn’t, because I think they have quite a few good songs and they’re pretty tight live too (except for that Jack Baccarat bunghole).

    Check out:
    Break Your Little Heart
    Let It Roll
    Poppin Champagne
    Heroes

    Dig it huh!

  28. Anonymous says:

My favorite songs by them are Weightless, Dear Maria, Heroes and I think that’s it. I really don’t like most of their lyrics and the songs are kinda catchy (i guess if you’re 12) but Alex is a great singer. They’re fucking great live though man! :)

  29. anonymous says:

Vegas off of so wrong its right, Therapy off of nothing personal (my favorite), Toxic Valentine (first ATL song i heard; and ive been hooked ever since), Return The Favor off of Dirty Work, and The Irony Of Choking On A Lifesaver, Backseat Serenade, To Live And Let Go, Thanks To You, and So Long Soldier off of their latest album, Dont Panic oh and Lullabies off of Put Up Or Shut Up
