Holy shit, the last couple weeks have been crazy. I posted about preorders for the new NO ZODIAC album, and it seems people (including Sarge himself, if you follow his tumblr) have finally been catching on to how goddamn motherfucking cuntpunching ballbreakingly heavy they have become.
In a way, they are the epitome of the perfect SYWH hardcore band: mosh part after mosh part, wielding a perfect blend of DEVOURMENT and BULLDOZE, throwing down better slam parts than prob every mediocre eurobeatdown band combined. Throw in a dark gritty skimask/criminal-esque imagery, a satanic album logo, and even a deathcore-esque album font, and goddamn, we have a unique album that gives me faith that hardcore in 2013. But enough rambling, listen for yourselves and try not to punch a baby in the face:

This band rules, I really love brutal mosh combined with extreme misanthropy. I still don’t think they’ve topped the Acacia Strain in either department, let alone Weekend Nachos, but they are badass nonetheless.
Would drive several hours just to mosh 10 minutes and throw out a joint and try to get on the pileup only to have my old ass buried by the mob/10
I’m also very glad to know that many of my fellow SYWH brethren share my love of misanthropic music, its honestly my favorite lyrical topic of all time (srs) and has to be pretty poorly done for me not to like it

That riff at like 1:30 in Sadistic Intent reminded me of that Australian metal band Portal. Did not expect to ever hear anything like that in a hardcore band. A+ stuff.

This is black metal without the ponytails and spikey things (=lamey lame shit) and instead ski masks and breakdowns (=rad shit). Bonus points for not being liked by fans of Deafeter and the likes, not even ironically.
They got some great riffs goin’ on but I have to say I’m more excited about the upcoming Wormed and Defeated Sanity albums.
