I have been thinking about getting into boxing, but I am a Med School student and am afraid that I will fuck up my hands from ti and not be able to perform on surgery.

I dunno man, I know plenty of boxers (My dad used to and one of my friends was the age champion in our state or country, I forget) and none of them have ever had hand problems.

Sweet. I will do another month of regular gym going then and after that leave the gym and go to some boxing classes. Can you get ripped via box?

From my experience you get alittle leaner and stronger/endurance, but it's the other exercises you do in conjunction that make you ripped alpha/10

actually do be careful with boxing-- tell the gym owners about your situation and make sure you feel comfortable with their proposed solution. it's actually pretty easy to fracture your hands from boxing if you aren't taught the proper way of wrapping your hands and stuff so make sure they are receptive to what you're saying.

Get a carpenter's belt and fill it with claw hammers, dry wall hammers, and ball-peen hammers. Practice hitting stuff with them for ten minutes every night. Now you are a killing machine and everyone just thinks you are blue collar (that's the price of safety in today's world).
