idk but to me, dubstep lyrics are like 10x more shitty and shallow than pop music lyrics. how can you not cringe at that stuff

"real music" has some of the actual gayest lyrics ever Mindless songs about dancing and hot bootyz > "real lyrics" about dragons or killing ur ex gf or being tr00 2 ur beliefs or how Satan totally rules.
So fades the great harvest of my dessert. Nestle left little to chance, didn't they? Turning my own frosting, my own bakery against me. But what hubris to believe they could protect their cookies from me forever. If you have not mastered even these ingredients, then man has not attained the kitchen. Your decadance, may yet be prevented. Cake was your ally, human. But now it has abandoned you. The Pastrychefs have returned. This oven, is now yours.

Backed hard, lyrics matter so little. The best lyrics I could say I've ever heard could understandably be called shit by like anyone, its so subjective to the point where it makes it pointless to fight about. Of course there are BAD lyrics, that don't make any real sense, disrupt the song, ignore structure, rhyme, generally sound displeasing. That can be measured. But after you cross the line from bad to average, the only measurable qualities are so subjective that defining great lyrics in a subjective sense is pretty impossible.

Friend shared this on facebook, the irony hurt so bad:
Believing in God = cool, I get that. This is a belief that is good and lovely.
Believing in Creationism = why do you be like you is maaaan?????
I hate the idea that scientific discoveries are supposed to disprove religious shit written thousands of years ago where they had no idea about anything we know now. What if the Bible talked about like Evolution and black holes and higgs bosons and shit and just had no one have any clue what was going on til we figured it out thousands of years later and was like 'ohhhh yeah, this is that shit in the Bible, guess we figured that out. Thanks fo the hints God!'
Plus its so much more impressive for God to run his shit through complex scientific processes like evolution, instead of magically shitting down a bunch of giraffes or whatever. Why not embrace that new knowledge with a religious backing instead of just trying to shut it down cause its different from what you were thinking before? no sense maaaade, ughhhh
People are, for some reason, willfully ignorant about what science is. Like, it's some sort of competing cult. I guess it's not surprising considering that's what their belief system hinges on. Anyways, It's a methodology of acquiring information. That's it. It's not out to get religion. I don't know man. I'm too tired to rage about logical fallacies.

Because this would mean the bible was WRONG at some point. Most everywhere in the world other than the USA they do this, but hey. 'murica. And hey, I guess Australia based on that vid.
The worst is the monkey argument. The fact that it's so common makes me sad. HOW COULD WE HAVE EVOLVED FRUM MONKEES IF THEY STILL EXIST? FUTURE ANGELS 1 FUTURE INHABITANTS OF THE NETHER REALMS 0
Also: Dat vid. I like how the things he describes as negatives are probably actually good things. "who determines right from wrong you do" What's wrong with that? Is he trying to say that the nature of man can't tell the difference between right and wrong? Morality does not equal religion. Lack of religion does not equal immorality.

Of course the Bible was wrong, its a guide of solid advice from a completely different time. The basic message shit is still true, love everybody don't kill em etc., the slavery and eating clean animals shit is pretty irrelevant and should rightly be discarded now. Pisses me off how people can get so defensive about evolution when they can just forget huge portions of the Bible that are inconvenient to them. The take it all or none of it types are already the worse, especially when factoring in the hypocrisy of not actually doing everything it says to do in the Bible, like giving away all your money to the poor. It says that sooooo many times.
